Imported usage includes retained archive content. Live mailbox usage includes SMTP mail and reflects the latest Dovecot measurement. Logical sizes are not physical disk consumption.

Progress records message boundaries. A provider download or throttling wait can continue between updates. An import marked running is not proof it is currently transferring bytes.

Web sessions show requests seen in the last 5 minutes. An IMAP connection can be idle; this view does not infer which message someone is reading.
System health & storage
The message database stores message metadata and counters. Full imported content is stored in sharded files and shared with Maildir through hard links when both are on the same filesystem.
Recent administrative activity
Sign-ins, account changes and import transitions. Message contents, passwords and access tokens are excluded.
